Most vendors are independently owned and operate throughout Tillamook County. You’re welcome to bring in outside professionals as you wish.

• Renter is responsible for all setup and takedown

• Venue should be left as it is found

• All kitchen items used should be washed and put away

• Alcohol may be served (not sold)

• Host Liquor Liability insurance coverage is required when serving or allowing alcohol.

Private Event insurance coverage required, The Pine Grove Community House named as an additional insured. The policy must contain an occurrence/aggregate limit of $1 million and be written on an occurrence basis. 

Insurance may be acquired through your homeowners policy or a one-day policy purchased through a commercial source, e.g. https://www.theeventhelper.com/

• You will receive a unique door code for access one week prior to your event date.

• Always lock the building when unattended.

• Protect our floors – no tape, cleats, or nails.

• Decorations must be attached only to fabric wall panels.

• Do not use staples, pins, tape, or nails on painted walls, trim, or exterior surfaces.

• The hall and kitchen shall be left in the same condition as when you arrived.

Standard Cleaning is included in the Rental Fee.

• One Hour of cleaning up to four hours of rental.

• Two Hours of cleaning for rentals over four hours.

Cleaning that exceeds Standard Cleaning will be charged at $50 per hour.

• A signed Rental Contract and Hold Harmless Agreement are required before access.

• Full Payment is due at the time of booking.

• You’ll receive a 50% refund if you cancel 6+ months in advance.

• No refunds are offered within 6 months of your event.
