All rentals include tables, chairs, dishware for 100, a full kitchen, an AV system, a bridal room, and a lighted patio. Details and images are on our Details & Rates and Floor Plans pages
Full-day weekend rentals can be booked up to two years in advance. Four-hour weekend rentals are available up to 6 months in advance.
Weekday rentals can be booked 2 years in advance.
Full payment is required at time of booking.
You’ll receive a 50% refund if you cancel 6+ months in advance. No refunds are offered within 6 months of your event.

Yes. You can obtain a license from any Oregon county. For local options, try Clatsop or Tillamook Counties. Out-of-state couples can apply by mail through Washington County.
Absolutely. But for groups over 50—or if you plan to use structures like arches or chairs—you’ll need a permit from Oregon State Parks. Call 541-563-8500 for details.
Visit Manzanita Tide Tables to see daily forecasts. Many locations are only accessible at low tide.
It might—and that’s part of the charm. Summer months are your best bet for dry weather (especially July & August). We always recommend a Plan B, whether that’s indoors at the Pine Grove or a beach home with event access.

Weddings & Beach Ceremonies

Yes, but not sell it. You’ll need Host Liquor Liability Insurance and must name Pine Grove as an additional insured. Learn more at the OLCC website.
Yes. The building and both restrooms are ADA compliant.
City ordinance 94.6 requires quiet after 10:00pm. Outdoor music on the patio also requires a permit from the City of Manzanita.
No open flames, including candles. LED alternatives encouraged!
Only certified service animals are permitted inside the building.

Up to 96 guests seated at tables, or 125 theater-style.
Yes. Renters are responsible for all setup and cleanup within their reserved rental time.
We provide a full AV system (mics, speakers, projector), kitchen appliances (ovens, coffee makers, dishwasher), and dishware/serviceware for 100+. See full list on Details & Rates .
Yes, Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
Street parking is available, along with nearby lots on Laneda Avenue and 5th Street.
