Hello, my name is Dan Rice. Growing up in Oregon I have always been inspired by the beauty around me. As a local, I photograph sessions frequently in Manzanita, and other scenic viewpoints throughout the Oregon Coast. I photograph with a fun, natural, candid and professional approach.
Photographing with clients is such a treasured process. My biggest compliments from clients is how easy, professional and fun it is to work together. I love amazing lighting! I constantly seek perfect lighting combined with natural, story telling expressions in all of my photographs. I personally handle all client relations and photography for my studio. I work with an amazing editor within my studio and together we make sure your images look incredible. I make it my goal to capture authentic moments, real emotion, love & joy in my photos creating memories to be cherished for generations.

I’m Autumn Peyton, and alongside my partner Zach, we grow and design all our blooms at River City Flower Farm, nestled in the lush Nehalem Valley, just nine miles from Manzanita — we’re the sole visionaries, farmers, and arrangers here. Our farm-to-floral approach ensures freshness, sustainability, and a personal connection to every stem.
Together, Zach and I combine our hands-on flower farming with an artistic eye for weddings and events. Each bouquet and centerpiece we create is designed with intention—using organically grown, seasonal flowers and foliage straight from our fields. Our designs speak to the wild, natural beauty of the coast, transforming spaces into warm, vibrant celebrations of love and community.
We take pride in working closely with couples to craft floral arrangements that reflect their unique story and the spirit of the Oregon Coast. Whether it's a lush bridal bouquet, a tablescape woven with native greenery, or a ceremony arch bursting with seasonal blooms, I focus on texture, color, and emotion. Lodging in Manzanita
You won’t find towering resort condominium buildings or chain hotels in the Nehalem Bay area.
What you will find is a blend of boutique inns, bed-and-breakfast accommodations, distinctive vacation rentals and camping options.
Together, Manzanita and Neahkahnie offer several hundred vacation rentals, from romantic bungalows, to sprawling beach houses equipped for the whole family. Several homes have been settings for feature films. Some boast expansive ocean views, while others are located along the Manzanita Golf Course, or quiet neighborhood streets. You can find homes that are rustic, modern or stately.
There are several vacation rental agencies with staffs ready to help you reserve the perfect home for your stay.
